What is prefabrication ?

Prefabricated houses, prefabricated panels, and modules are constructed in a controlled factory environment. These parts are then transported, assembled and installed on site to create a complete, livable home. The types of prefabricated houses include modular houses, panel houses, and precut houses.
By using high-quality materials, the preforms guarantee a strong structural integrity. After completing all necessary permits, on-site inspections, and documentation between you and prefabricated home builders, the prefabrication process begins only at the production plant.
Modern prefabricated houses follow precision engineering and stringent quality control standards. This process usually starts with SMEP (structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing) engineering assessment, mobilization and assembly. A number of tests will be conducted to ensure that all mechanical, electrical, piping and structural systems are in normal operation.
